The organization” SAHIBA” Naya Tola, Mirchai Bari Katihar was established by the meeting of youth ,landless doctors lawyers other intellectuals farmers and migrate for solving the problem s of the rural poor farmers and landless person including a special care for Health awareness.
Form the very inception we stressed on development of women and child in term of education ,health ,employment training rights mode etc, Firstly we identified the rural youths and volunteers for mobilizing the rural people and woman in the active participation of development process .
We have undertaken various development intervention by the support of UNICFE and S.H.G( income generate Programme ) In areas of HIV awareness , malaria control , stem cell preservation importance drinking water ,low cost toilets ,excavation of hazards ,pans small family norms and spacing methods ,adults education center etc.
Presently thousand of people associated with our mission and take part in decision making process during planning process ,design , monitoring and evaluation for greater transparency and smooth implementation of the projects.
The organization is a non-profit making registered voluntary organization working for the causes of downtrodden and suppressed people . It is registered under Indian Society Act ,21.1860 .and registration no of the organization is 1813 and date of registration date is 31-03- 2004.
After observing various problems We the people decided to set up voluntary organization that will be advocate for the protection of human rights issue. We have undertaken man appreciable works in the areas of health, education safe drinking water and sanitation, primary health care environment etc.
We always involve in local people in planning, design, Implementation and Evaluation. We always involve in local people, Minorities , Dalit women for getting the entitlement of socioeconomic Political and cultural rights
Our approach of field operation is Participatory Mechanism. We stress on the Principle of Self Action Help.
